Return policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to return it for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. If the returned item(s) do not meet these requirements we will refund 50% of the original purchase price.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

  1. Pack your item securely with the original packaging and include proof of purchase.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Faulty Or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
We will need evidence of the fault or damage before we provide you with a return label.

Return costs for any unwanted items are paid by the customer.

Return labels for faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be provided to you, at no extra cost. Return labels are provided to you via email within 2 working days of your return request being seen and assessed by customer service.

Please pack returns with care and keep any tracking numbers and proof of postage.

Dispatch & Delivery Policy

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Saturday) This excludes holidays such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

Express orders will be dispatched same working day if received before 2pm. If received after 2pm, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

If any order contains both in stock and pre-order items, the order will not be fulfilled until all items are available and can be shipped together. If you wish to receive the items that are in stock separately please make sperate orders.

If we are experiencing a delay or are aware of any delays with dispatching orders we will make it known on our homepage and on each store page.
